Overview
The Biamp Tesira EX-LOGIC is a professional logic control and interface expander designed for use with Biamp Tesira DSP systems, including Tesira SERVER, SERVER-IO and TesiraFORTÉ platforms. It provides 16 configurable logic connections that can operate as inputs or outputs, allowing external devices such as push buttons, sensors, relays, indicators and control interfaces to communicate directly with the Tesira system.Through Tesira software, these inputs can trigger functions including preset recall, mute control, ducking, room combining and paging, making the EX-LOGIC highly useful for customised AV automation and control applications.The Tesira EX-LOGIC is designed for flexible professional system integration, with logic outputs capable of controlling external relays, status indicators and other equipment. Its open-collector outputs can sink up to 40V/300mA, while any of the 16 GPIO connections can be configured to directly drive LEDs at up to 5V/10mA per output. A dedicated serial port can also output command strings to compatible third-party equipment, providing additional control possibilities within complex AV systems.
