The Biamp Vidi 280 Conferencing Camera is a premium 4K dual-lens ePTZ camera designed for medium and large meeting rooms, executive boardrooms and professional hybrid collaboration spaces. Its intelligent camera architecture combines a 50MP camera with an 86° horizontal field of view for participants positioned farther from the display and an 8MP ultra-wide camera with approximately 120° horizontal coverage for participants seated closer to the camera. AI-powered Auto Framing automatically selects between the telephoto and ultra-wide cameras to maintain the most appropriate view throughout the meeting, while fully digital pan, tilt and zoom provides up to 16× digital zoom when connected through USB 3.x.The Vidi 280 also includes a built-in five-element beamforming microphone array, enabling it to provide both professional video and basic room microphone functionality in suitable installations, while organisations using dedicated conferencing audio can select another microphone system independently.
