Overview
The Humly Room Display is a premium meeting-room booking panel designed to simplify how employees find, reserve and manage shared meeting spaces in modern offices. Its 8-inch capacitive anti-glare touchscreen presents live room availability, upcoming bookings and meeting information directly outside the room, while a distinctive 48-LED RGB light aura makes room status easy to recognise from a distance. Users can book an available room instantly, extend an ongoing meeting, cancel or release a reservation, search for alternative available rooms and report room-equipment issues directly from the display. The Room Display also supports RFID/NFC touchless check-in, helping organisations confirm room usage and automatically release unused reservations when configured check-in requirements are not met.For reliable enterprise deployment, the Humly Room Display supports Gigabit Ethernet with PoE/PoE+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0 and 13.56 MHz NFC/RFID, allowing flexible installation across corporate environments. Humly can integrate with commonly used workplace and calendar platforms including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace, while native Microsoft Teams integration is also part of the Humly Room Display ecosystem.
