The Biamp TesiraFORTÉ DAN VT is a professional fixed-I/O conferencing DSP with integrated Dante networking and telephony support, designed for boardrooms, conference rooms, distance-learning environments and other AV spaces requiring advanced echo cancellation and flexible signal processing. It provides 12 mic/line analogue inputs with dedicated Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) on all 12 channels, 8 mic/line analogue outputs, and up to 8 channels of configurable USB audio for direct connection to compatible conferencing computers and USB audio hosts. The processor also delivers comprehensive Tesira DSP functions including signal routing, mixing, equalisation, filtering, dynamics processing and delay, together with monitoring and diagnostic tools. Biamp specifically positions the DAN VT for rooms requiring VoIP, voice lift, mix-minus and AEC, making it well suited to sophisticated professional conferencing applications.A key advantage of the TesiraFORTÉ DAN VT is its integrated 32 × 32-channel Dante digital audio networking, combined with AES67 interoperability for standards-based Audio-over-IP environments. It also incorporates a 2-channel SIP VoIP interface and a standard FXO analogue telephone interface, allowing organisations to combine IP telephony, traditional telephone connectivity and USB-based conferencing within one DSP platform.
